| If you are looking for that little get away with fabulous sea views and a host of leisure activities and facilities at your doorstep then Apartment Mirador is the place for you. This single bedroom southwesterly facing apartment, located on the tenth floor of a first line beachfront building and sleeping a maximum of 3 people thanks to a sofa/bed, is a must for the actively minded couple with a touch of romance. |

As you arrive you have a gatted parking area with a night-time guard. On entering the building there is welcoming entrance lobby with three quick lifts. As you enter the apartment you find yourself in a small hallway off which all the other rooms spur. |
| Working clockwise, immediately to your left is the twin bedroom with a sea view. Next is the galley style kitchen with a door at the far end leading to the terrace/balcony. Immediately in front of you as you stand in the hallway is the sitting room come dining room. There is room for four to dine and five to sit, three on the sofa/bed and two arm chairs with coffee table and a double patio-door window leading to the terrace/balcony. The bathroom is a good size, fully tiled and has a shower, toilet and basin. |

From the terrace you can search for dolphins or simply watch the world go by below and in the evening enjoy the spectacular sunset over Almunecar or the twinkling lights of old town Salobrena with its floodlit Moorish castle. At the ground floor level there is a bar/restaurant, crazy golf, a communal pool, tennis courts and two car wash bays open all year round. During the summer season there are two small supermarkets, a pizza parlour, more bars and restaurants open and a church all within easy walking distance. |
| Indeed walking up and down the seafront you will find a bar/nightclub at the east end and El Peñon (the rock) with several restaurants and bars at the west end with a number of bars and restaurants sited on the beach itself. Salobrena town centre is no more than ten minutes walk away and has many banks, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and a variety of other shops. |

Ten minutes drive east along the coast, or by bus, is Motril which is a busy commercial town but has a nice pedestrian friendly town centre with a wide variety of shops and boutiques. Sandwiched between Salobrena and Motril is Playa Granada beach front and Los Moriscos (18 hole) golf course. Ten minutes to the west is the town of Almunecar with its busy local market on Fridays, quaint old town narrow streets and water park on the seafront (open in summer only). |
| Moving further a field you may like to take a trip up into the Alpujarra or Sierra Nevada Mountains to admire the views, go walking in summer, skiing in winter and sample village life, or fifty minutes by car is the city of Granada with the great Alhambra palace. |  |
