Ramon is situated in an ecological area between the towns of Salobrena
and Motril with fantastic views over the hillsides planted with fruit
trees and the Mediterranean coastline. |

house has two spacious bedrooms, one bathroom and a large open plan
well equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area. There is ample
terracing around the front of the house and pool area which has
fencing and gated access between the house and pool terraces.

The
property has recently been built as offers new accommodation and
is newly furnished and equipped throughout. There is a large wood
burning stove for chillier winter evenings.

The
swimming pool and terrace with views to the coastline has an outdoor
shower and BBQ facilities and offers plenty of space for get togethers.

you like total privacy, good views, being slightly off the beaten
track then this really is an ideal location.

The
town of Motril is 5 minutes away by car and the beaches of Salobrena
are 10 minutes. Motril has plenty of shops, restaurants, markets and
large supermarkets for all shopping needs. A car is essential. |

beaches are unspoilt, there are golf courses in Granada (18 holes)
and Los Moriscos golf course (9 holes - currently being extended to
18 holes), by the sea with a restaurant/bar and surrounded by palm
trees. |

There
is also the Marina at the Port of Motril. In the winter months you
can ski in the Sierras in the morning and sunbathe by the swimming
pool in the afternoon! |
| This
is the old Andalucian part of Spain, complete with fiestas, whitewashed
villages, Moorish castles and some of the best and least expensive
food and wine to be found. The restaurants and tapas bars are very
good and the fish is excellent. |

There
is history to be found everywhere, from the Alhambra Palace in Granada
(just 50 minutes by car) to the Alpujarras region. The coastal towns
of Almeria, Almunecar, Salobrena and Nerja are also well worth a visit. |
