Villa Los Rosales and Location

Villa Los Rosales is situated 5 minutes behind the town of Motril with views to the Sierra Nevadas.

The villa has a large swimming pool and terrace/sunbathing around the pool area. The property is fenced and gated and offers total privacy within 2000 sq mtrs of gardens planted with numerous tropical fruit trees.

The town of Motril is 5 minutes away by car and the beaches are 10 minutes drive. Motril has plenty of shops, restaurants, markets and large supermarkets for all shopping needs. A car is essential.

The Sierra Nevada, Spain's highest mountain range, is a magnificent backdrop to this partly undiscovered area of Spain. The area enjoys a microclimate, subtropical in character, a warm and gentle 18 degrees in winter and an average of 25 degrees in summer.

The beaches are unspoilt, there are golf courses in Granada (18 holes) and Los Moriscos golf course (9 holes) just 6km from Motril, by the sea with a restaurant and bar. There is also the Marina at the Port of Motril. In the winter months you can ski in the Sierras in the morning and sunbathe by the swimming pool in the afternoon.
