This spacious south facing villa with 4 bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 twins) has a large shaded sun terrace with access through French doors from the kitchen and sitting room.  Well furnished and equipped throughout, this light and airy house provides all that you need for a relaxing holiday including free to air satellite English channels and wifi connection.

Steps (with gated access) take you from the terrace to the pool with sun shades and sunloungers.  The pool is 7m x 4m with roman steps at one end. Table tennis is also provided.

Villa Rio Verde is a country property and as such a car is essential.  The villages of Jete, Itrabo and Otivar are only a few kilometers away by car with many traditional bars, restaurants and smaller supermarkets.  Distances to nearby villages: Itrabo 3 km (5 mins), Jete 5.5 km (7 mins) and Otivar 7 km (10 mins). The larger seaside town of Almunecar is only 12 kms where there is a water park and many larger shops and supermarkets.

It should be noted that the house is 1km from the main road and is reached along an unsurfaced road which is very well maintained.
